My name is Louisa Ashcroft (call me Lulu!) and I am a young, vibrant Civil Celebrant excited to make weddings of today a little bit more unique, meaningful or even quirky.
Public speaking and events are what I’m about. And weddings give me the perfect opportunity to do what I love.
I have a lot of fun at weddings. I love finding out about the flowers, and the music, and the cake, and all the other fantastic elements that make up a wedding day.
Most importantly though I know how to design a ceremony that’s all about the two of you. I also know the Marriage Act back to front so that the two of you can enjoy the design part and not worry about the legals.
The Full Shebang (Celebrant + MC):
Ceremony
- Guidance on planning and designing your ceremony
- Delivery of ceremony and completion of all legal documentation
- a story about you and partner
- personal vows
- Readings/poetry/song lyrics
- Special inclusions eg. Sand ceremony, love lock, handfasting, ring warming and more
- One official marriage certificate
- $35 voucher for Easy Name Change
- Two face-to-face meetings (or Skype if you’re interstate, overseas etc)
- Unlimited phone and emails
- Travel to venue and meetings
- Use of a Bose S1 Pro sound system for all music + text
- Rehearsal (if required, mainly for logistics)
Reception
- Provide assistance to you with planning and designing your reception
- delivery of a fantastic & memorable reception on the night
- Coordination with venue, band/DJ both prior and on the day
- Two face-to-face meetings (or Skype if you’re interstate, overseas etc) (this can be combined with your ceremony meetings if timing allows)
- Unlimited phone and emails
- Travel to venue and meetings
- Use of a Bose S1 Pro sound system for all music + text
The Full Ceremony
